After placing your order, you have up 24 hours to cancel it for whatever reason and receive a complete refund. No fees, no questions, 100% refund. We are also aware that sometimes unexpected events can arise and may require you to cancel your order within the 24-hour cancellation window. Our residential customers have the right to cancel their orders at any time, and for whatever reason, provided our crews are not at your party location. We will refund any payments, except for the deposit, unless you cancel. The deposit amount will be applied to your account to a raincheck, which can be used up until one year after the cancellation.

Each of our inflatables are fully cleaned and sanitized between rentals so you never have to worry! Our cleaning process starts with a visual inspection, notation, and repair of any damage or points of concern. Once the unit passes our fitness inspection, our crews fully vacuum and remove any loose debris before wiping down the entirety of the inflatable with SimpleGreen All-Purpose Cleaner. After the equipment has been cleaned and dried, we then sterilize all contact surfaces with SimpleGreen Pro HD3.
This non-toxic and environmentally friendly cleaner is found in hospitals around the world because of its effectiveness at killing 99.9% of over 75 viruses, bacteria, fungi, molds, and mildews! Bounce Orlando is fully licensed and insured well beyond the requirements set forth by the State of Florida. This includes General Liability, Worker's Compensation, and Automotive Insurance. Our coverage allows us to lawfully operate in all of Central Florida's public parks, venues, schools, churches and businesses.
